Sometimes it is my mind leading and sometimes it is my body leading the process. When my mind is leading, I follow a concept and end up synchronising my gesture and breath to arrive in the present moment. When my body is leading, I following my intuition and let the process and material show me the way.
My work documents my body wrestling with my mind. Exposing traces of process and materiality, touch and duration (time).
