Clay Meditation

During a 1hr to 2hrs clay meditation participants connect with their body and mind through the material clay. During this silent experience mindful activities will inspire to slow down movements and let go of any thoughts, pressure or distractions while creating focus for one’s breath, body sensations and the material clay. 

This meditation is about creating an experience, allowing people to have a moment for themselves while engaging with the organic material clay. The focus of the workshop is experiencing the present moment rather than creating certain physical outcomes.

Tactile Clay Meditations can be booked by companies, organisations, museums, or groups. In the past I offered clay meditations to architects like Assemble Architecture Studio, during art shows like London Design Festival at Lethaby Gallery or Free Range Art Week at Truman Brewery, at the House of Togetherness and Wilderness Festival.
